Buffoli F.lli uses 4 different types of plastic coatings: they are studied and tested in our laboratory, with the co-operation of the manufacturer, so that they can be specific for each treatment a customer has to carry out.

Among these the most important are:

• Plastisol greensuitable for all traditional galvanic treatments thanks to its chemical resistance at medium temperatures.
• Plastisol blackwith high mechanical quality, particularly when higher thermal resistance is required.
• Plastisol bluethat guarantees very high resistance and is specifically designed for chrome plating and the treatment of plastics (ABS) as well as for technical treatments such as chemical nickel.
• Plastisol violet with a percentage of PTFE which guarantees high resistance to temperature. Particularly suitable for the treatment of plastics (ABS) as well as for technical treatments.

Buffoli F.lli makes complementary services as:

1. cryogen plastic removal, for racks regeneration by dipping the frame into a liquid nitrogen at a temperature of -200 °C that ensures the complete removal of plastic through a thermal shock at first and mechanical action afterwards.
2. reparation bychanging the damaged hooks or eventually the entire bar.
3. re-coatingfor all kind of racks.

All these services are carried out quickly and according to the production needs of the customers.
