Our automation center can meet any production need thanks to the realization and implementation of hardware and software components tailor-made for each customer. 

All our programs provide an integrated management of operating parameters, in consideration of process and, consequently product certification (statistic process control, certification of each production lot, ……).  In case of plant breakdown, in addition to our service of tele-assistance, the customer is provided with a practical video-guide for the research of failures to help the process rapid restart. Automation also involves the whole loading process: checking different lots through barcode readers, checking different loading weights, single parts identification cameras, control of loading robot or automatic loading/unloading systems.
